Audrey found Nathan sitting next to the freshly buried chief Wuornos. Without saying a word, she sat down next to him, and took his hand. He grabbed on and held her hand tightly. She was his lifeline right now and would always be.

"I'm sorry about your father, Nathan. I should have been here with you when you buried him." She said giving his hand a squeeze to remind him that she was here with him now.

He looked down at their hands and then at her. "Thanks Audrey, Duke actually helped me bury him. I can't believe he's gone. I know I just buried him, but it's like a nightmare. I keep waiting to wake up."

"It's not a dream Nathan. I wish it were. I really wish all this was a nightmare." She replied.

He looked at her, "That so?"

"Yeah, that's so. The other Audrey? She might be the real Audrey Parker. It's that or someone is going so far as to bring in a fake Agent Howard." She explained. She went on to tell him about what happened when the FBI showed up, and the Agent Howard was not the same as her old boss.

"What is going on around here Audrey?" He asked, slowly rubbing her hand.

"I wish I knew Nathan. I know that I'm even more confused now than I was when I first arrived in Haven." She confided, enjoying what he was doing to her hand. She still could not believe that he could only feel her.

"That's okay, I'm confused too. Maybe we can figure it out together, like we always do." He told her. He loved the feel of her hand in his. He could hold her hand forever.

"So, Duke's married." She said and they both laughed. Both were relieved for the subject change.

They sat there together, silently for hours. It was peaceful to just enjoy each others company and not have to talk. They just held each others hand and waited for the sun to rise. This is just what they needed at the moment...togetherness and the quiet.

Audrey had taken Nathan's hand in both of hers and was rubbing the blisters he had gotten earlier when he was digging the grave. Of course he couldn't feel them, but he could feel her touch on his hand. She knew he could feel it by the way he was breathing. She was glad that she was the only person he could feel.

Nathan loved the way Audrey made him feel. It had been so long since he had thought about what it would be like to feel anything. Now that he could feel her, he couldn't imagine not ever feeling her again. She was the one person in his life he could count on and he could not lose her now.

Nathan would not let this other Audrey Parker come in and take her away from him or Haven. He would have to figure out why she was here and why she was saying that she was the real Audrey Parker. He looked at her and vowed he would not lose the only person who meant more to him than everything.

The sun was slowly coming up and it was going to be a beautiful morning. Audrey pulled her hand out of his and sighed. Nathan looked at his hand and felt the loss, but was over it when she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him. He returned her hug and smelled her shampoo in her hair.

They watched the sun come up and held on to each other. Nathan laid his head on hers and closed his eyes as he took in everything that was Audrey. It was going to be a long day of explanations and figuring out what to do about the other Audrey. But as long as they were doing it together, they could get through this.

"So, pancakes?" She asked, still in his arms.

"Sure, pancakes sound wonderful." He let her go and stood, helping her stand also. Hand in hand they walked over to his Bronco to go and get some breakfast.
