"The RMS Titanic sets sail on April 10. The vast ship is said to be unsinkable by many parties. It is a giant ship, about 882 feet long. It is also a luxury ship, and certainly decorated like one. Even the third-class passengers like me, are treated with the utmost respect."
As Roxas boarded the ship, he felt a sense of danger, but immediately ignored it. He was traveling by himself, to New York to start the journey of 'living on your own.' Roxas's mother, being the only source of income for their small family, could only afford to get him a third-class ticket. Even so, the service is rumored to be fantastic. Plus Captain Smith, has had more than 30 years of experience!
A few hours later, after a tour of the massive boat, Roxas had found his room, and tried to comfort himself as much as possible. After putting his clothing and other trinkets away, he decided to explore a bit more. 'I wonder what kind of people I'll meet here. Hopefully no one too snobby.' Roxas thought haphazardly while climbing the stairs to the main deck. As the deck came into view, Roxas was once again stunned by the sheer beauty and size of the ship. Not paying attention, he walked right into someone, making him fall to the floor. 'Oh my…' Roxas thought as he stared into acid green eyes.
"Oh please excuse me, mister…" The man began, offering Roxas a hand.
"Strife, Roxas Strife."
"Ah, pleased to meet you Roxas, my name is Axel Flynn." He stated, pulling the blonde to his feet.
"Oh! I know who you are!" Roxas said excitedly, "You're that millionaire that donates money to all those charities!" When he realized what he'd said, he quickly sucked in his cheeks and looked down.
Axel chuckled, "Yes I suppose I am 'that millionaire.' Thank you for noticing, Roxas."
The blonde looked up and smiled halfheartedly at the red head, "Yeah, of course. Although anyone could probably recognize you. I mean you're famous after all!"
Axel smiled, "Maybe, but I'm getting quite hungry. Care to join me for lunch?"
Blue eyes stared into green. Something clicked.
Grinning, Roxas said, "I would love to!"
And this is the intro for my new akuroku story ;D The reason it's based on the Titanic time, is b/c in school, we've been studying it for WEEKS and it's just sooo fcking boring! So I decided to make it a little more fun :P there might even be a lemon in this one! ~Love, Erin!
