Orange eyes and blonde hair
Natsume ran down the streets, feeling her chest almost burst with her uneven breaths. Her dress, ripped and torn, flew behind her like shadows of her chaser. Her soft blue eyes had trouble pinpointing the trail as she continued to pump her feet foward. The screams that had torn through her throat had long since been silenced by static of raw flesh, but her mind was scolding her every time she slowed.
It was somewhere close and town was still almost half a mile away. Natsume could see the glow from the lanterns, like she could capture the light and hope that it drowned her fear in the beauty, but even that was stolen away.
"Stop running! It will get you nowhere!" it snickered.
Natsume made the mistake of looking back at the voice and tripped over her feet, scraping her muddy face and palms. Sweat ran dow her pale complexsion along with salty tears as she turned her body weakly, feeling after effects of running for two miles and collapsing on the road's pebbles and dirt. Breathing hard, she hardly noticed the small girl that had crawled on top of her.
"Told you. Now be a good girl and scream..."
