The Search for the Composer

One voice could be heard throughout the small forest that rested near the park, and one blue haired man, his little sister, and her manager were determined to find the composer.

When they heard the melody they felt a warm feeling; however, they could feel the misery in the song, and they felt like they knew who it was, that sang this song. They've never heard it before though. The blue haired teen, Ikuto seemed to recognize it the most, yet he had no idea why.

As Utau, the little sister, tried to pinpoint the song she wandered off from the little group only to meet with her brown haired green eyed friend, Kukai Souma.

"What are you doing here?" The blonde haired girl asked the boy.

"Well, we all heard this nice tune and wished to find the singer; also we sensed quite a few of "X" eggs. What about you?"

"Ikuto, Sanjou, and I were trying to find out where the voice came from as well, and what do you mean by "we"?" The boy looked around alarmed.

"Looks like I lost them. Where are your companions?" This time Utau looked around and the two began to laugh.

"Looks like we both were separated from our friends." As the two laughed and searched together for the singer and their friends a certain purple cross-dresser and a short blonde was having a great conversation.

"Stupid purple head, now we're lost!" The short blonde, Rima, was fuming.

"It's not my fault." The boy, Nagihiko, defended. The rest of their conversation was full of insults and comebacks.

"Stupid, cross-dressing, purple headed, player!"

"Annoying little, short, blonde headed, comedy loving, girl!" The two began laughing. As they continued their walk they stopped with the insults and began to talk about normal things. To much surprise the two held hands the rest of the trip. Not too far away were a green haired samurai boy and a candy loving babyish girl.

"Kairi, stop being so uptight!" whined Yaya.

"A samurai must be-"

"Stop it with that!" The girl stood in front of the young man. "Listen here! Yaya don't care what a samurai must do, but Yaya thinks Kairi needs to loosen up and stop being so boring!" The green haired boy stared at the girl and smiled.

"Whatever, Yaya." The two smiled and as they walked anyone could see a spark between the two. Just like these two and Rima and Nagihiko, there was soon a spark between Lulu and Tadase, whether they would admit it. Sanjou and Nikaido rejoiced and soon did Hikaru, Ami, and Rikka. All of their guardian characters managed to find one another as well.

The first to find the composer was Ikuto. He stared at the girl and the "X" eggs surrounding her, purifying. The girl was too caught up in her song to realize, but her guardian characters weren't. The four charas flew to Ikuto and signaled to be quite.

He watched the pinkette as she sang, and when her song was done he clapped surprising her so much that she jumped of her position on a rock and almost hit the ground, if he didn't grab her first.

"It seems that you're always falling." Amu blushed and, in turn, he smirked.

"Shut up, stupid perverted cat cosplay boy." The two laughed and the purified eggs began to leave just as everyone arrived and stared, jaw dropped, at their friend, which caused her to laugh. Before anyone could comment she grabbed Ikuto's hand and began to run off; everyone ran after the two yelling at the two.

"What was that song?" Ikuto asked Amu when they finally managed to get a good distance away from everyone else.

"It's a love song a friend of mine used to sing to me, it's said to brink couples together."
