Hey Guys! I decided to write a fic where the main character (me) wishes upon a star to live in Equestria, guess what happens! R&R please! Rainbow Breeze savored the cool morning air running through her feathers as she slowly opened her wings. Her hooves gradually left the ground. As she folded her legs underneath her, she lifted her head and opened her eyes to see the dazzling clear sky. Unlike the haste she usually felt, this moment was different, it was calm, peaceful even. Spreading her wings to their full height, she saw the ground beneath her drop away as she flew into the clouds. She soon passed the treetops and began to see the vast orchards of Sweet Apple Acres, soon giving away to the sight of the rooftops in Ponyville, further still, she could see the silhouette of the Everfree forest. Rainbow Breeze moved her concentration to the sky in front of her, deciding it was time for some serious flying. Spotting a large cloud looming overhead, it was time to pick up speed. The huge cloud came closer and closer until... Whoosh! Rainbow Breeze burst through the cloud, tail streaming, wings outstretched, wonder bolt uniform a blur. She looked back, shaking out pieces of cloud fluff from her mane. the cloud she had burst through was nothing but a faint speck on the horizon now, pierced by the bright rainbow the fastest wonder bolt left in her wake Gone was her fear of failure, long lost in the past. Gone like the sun as it gave way to Luna's dazzling moon. Gone like her wonderbolt uniform fading into nothing. She was alone on the cloud, spiraling into darkness. ***************************** My eyes snapped open to the cyan walls of my bedroom. It was just a dream, I thought sadly. Why couldn't it have been real? Ever since my best friend, Hazel, had sent me the first episode of my little pony,I had been hooked. It had started off as just a mild interest, which quickly became a favorite past time. No matter how hard I tried to stop watching episodes, I just couldn't. Lately I had been having the same dream every night. In it I was a pony who looked just like Rainbow Dash would as an alicorn. Instead of Rainbow Dash though, my name was Rainbow Breeze. I didn't know how I knew this, but I was sure that was my name. The dreams were just so realistic, so vibrant, so real, that I couldn't help but longingly wish that they would come true. Glancing at the clock on my night table, I saw that it was still nighttime. Sighing, I stood up and walked over to my window. Pulling aside the curtains, I looked up into the sparkling night sky. There, in the middle of my view was the brightest star I had ever seen. It seemed to radiate hope. I suddenly got a crazy idea. "I must be out of my mind." I muttered to myself. I let loose a big sigh and decided to do it anyways. Clasping my hands together I looked up at the star. "I wish Hazel and I could live in Equestria." I said wistfully. Looking down, I shook my head. " I can't believe I just did that, it's not like Equestrias real, even though I wish it was." Shutting the curtains, I walked backed to my bed and flopped onto my stomach, slowly drifting back into sleep. Unknown to me, the star that I had wished began to shine brighter.
