Prologue

"Hey Kagome! Check this out!" Sango yelled at me from around a bolder. We where in the great Andy's mountains' in India. It had been a long time ago from when we embarked on this adventure for our last college archaeology class. The professor told all the student to leave and not come back to class until we had found some great piece of history, at the very being of the semester. It took us a month to find something great and I think our professor is going to pass us with flying colors, when he finds out that we where about to discover, the lost Siolfor(silver in old English or something like that) temple. A temple that was said to be so great that the gods made it disappear for fear that the humans would worship it instead of them. The Gods themselves could not destroy it for how great the temple was. They believed that in 598bc the lord Sesshomaru and had made over a million people work to build this great temple. The temple was believe to have not been finished for a thousand years. My great grandpa once told a story about a silver castle that had powers to send you to another world, at the time I thought it was the most awesome thing in the world to be able to go to another world, but I know better, stuff like that doesn't exist.

"Kagome! What are you doing, we're almost there and you are standing there in a dazes like you just had a child hood memory." She stood there facing me with her hands on her hips, her dark hair in a high ponytail and wearing a pair of blue jeans, tennis shoes, and a pink tank top looking all mad and stuff.

"Sorry, I guess being the forest all this time has made me lose my mind." I just smiled and walked pasted her. She huffed and followed shortly after. We have been friends since birth, at least I think we have. We've done everything together. I just think right now we are a little stressed because we been stuck together for four month looking for this place in a forest with no public utilities. I guess it could happen to anyone.

As I made my way through the weeds and vines I started to notice that a silver dust was covering every thing around us. I stopped and looked at a plant that I couldn't name to save my life. Sango almost bumped into cause I had stopped so abruptly. She noticed that I had wiped my hand across the plant, she was shocked as I was. My hand was covered in a silver dust. I knew we were real close to finding Siolfor Temple. I was so excited, it felt like my blood finally decided to work for once in my life. Sango was thinking what I was because she ran passed me and straight ahead, where we believed that the temple was located.
