Zoisite discovered Tuxedo Mask to be Mamoru, and challenged him to a fight where the loser forfeited his rainbow crystals. Mamoru accepted the challenge and began walking to the meeting place. Usagi came up to him and became worried when she saw that he was bleeding. A force field came for Mamoru, but it took Usagi also. They ended up in a tall building, and Usagi fainted. Mamoru told Zoisite not to harm Usagi. It was agreed, and they each put down their respective crystals, which grouped all seven of the rainbow crystals. Suddenly, Kunzite appeared and grabbed them all, then returned to the Dark Kingdom. Usagi awakened just in time to see the ceiling begin to crumble. Mamoru and Usagi ran to the elevator, which was a trap. Zoisite sent fire streaming down at them. In order to save themselves, Usagi tranformed into Sailormoon in front of Mamoru. As they emerged from the elevator, Zoisite called Mamoru "Tuxedo Mask". Sailormoon said that Tuxedo Mask wasn't there. Mamoru then reveiled himself to be Tuxedo Mask. Zoisite and Tuxedo Mask prepared to fight, and Tuxedo Mask again told Zoisite not to harm Sailormoon. As Tuxedo Mask stepped forward from her, a sharp object was called forth by Zoisite and projected at Sailormoon's back. Just as it was about to strike, Tuxedo Mask lunged and took the impact, and fell to the floor. Zoisite laughed as Sailormoon went to Tuxedo Mask's side. During all this, the other Senshi were trying to locate Sailormoon. They finally made their way into the building, to see Sailormoon kneeling by Tuxedo Mask. Her eyes became wet with tears, and finally a single tear slipped from her face. As it fell, the rainbow crystals flew from Kunzite in the Dark Kingdom. Each soared towards the tear, and finally joined as one within it. The silver crystal had been found, and it floated to it's place in the moon stick where it had been placed so many years ago. Suddenly, Sailormoon rose up and began to turn. The others gasped in awe. As she turned, her Sailor suit transformed into the gown worn by the beautiful Princess Serenity. The Senshi had finally found their princess. Serenity began remembering the past, and realized that Mamoru was the reincarnation of Prince Endymion. Finally overwhelmed, she calapsed to the floor, reverting back into Sailormoon. Through out the rest of the saga, Sailormoon will turn into Princess Serenity and use the silver crystal at desperate points when the Senshi need more power. Serenity is given wings in the final episode of the SuperS season, and has them again in the last episode of SailorStars. In the second season, Pretty Soldier Sailormoon R, Sailormoon finds out that in the 30th century she will become Neo Queen Serenity, Queen of Crystal Tokyo.
