Disclaimer~ Do I have to say it? Fine. . . I don't own PJatO. HAPPY?
Well, I really have no idea where this came from, it just snuck up on my like a ninja. bam.
Katie Gardner was outside her cabin, leaning against the wall, and singing to the flowers quietly. As the notes lay to rest on the ground, sunflowers bloomed immediately. When she heard footsteps approaching her, she glanced upwards at the figure and scowled. The sunflowers ceased blooming at the abnormally fast rate that they were before. Katie stood up and faced the one and only Travis Stoll. "What do you want, Stoll?" She asked him coldly.
"Cabin inspection, Kit Kat." He smirked at her expression as Katie opened the door to her cabin and walked inside, closely followed by Travis. After tapping the pen against his chin in a pretended thoughtfulness. "Now now, Kit Kat-"
"Don't call me that." Katie growled at him, interrupting.
"What's this on the floor?" He gestured to the dirt floor beneath them. "It seems rather dirty you know. I'm afraid I'm going to have to deduct a point for that."
Suddenly, a load of balloons were hurled into the cabin through the open door, and stained everything a cornucopia of colours, ranging from red to violet. Katie saw someone who looked like Travis sprint off, clearly stifling laughs. She whirled on the Stoll that was there, her eyes glinting madly. "Travis Stoll." Each syllable trembled with barely suppressed rage. She glared daggers at him as she continued, "I hate you, Travis Stoll. Get the Hades out of my cabin!"
Travis raised an eyebrow at the irate brunette standing in front of her. "You know, Kit Kat, it's opposite day."
Taken aback by the complete randomness of Travis's response, Katie crossed her arms while adopting a confused expression. "What do you mean?"
"I mean that since you said that you hate me, it actually means that you love me!" He sang out, smirking at Katie. His blue eyes danced with mischief before her.
In disgust, Katie rolled her bright green eyes and replied sarcastically. "Fine then. I absolutely love you."
"Terrible." Travis turned to leave the cabin as Katie called out after him, "Wait! Is it really opposite day?"
Travis turned around, his shaggy brown hair hanging into his clear blue eyes as he winked at Katie. "Doesn't matter, 'cause I got you to say "I love you" to me either way." With this, he sauntered off, leaving Katie alone in her paint covered cabin to dwell on her conflicting emotions.
Terrible, but hey! If it's really opposite day, then it's actually wonderful. . . Right? Anyways, please review if you bothered to finish this. Also, feedback on my other story, All that Glitters Isn't Gold is appreciated as well. Adios for now, mis amigos!
