Tsuna looked out to the over-sized glass window by his desk. The new spring air smelled of apples and clear vanilla. Smiling, he watched the shadow sleeping on one of the tallest apple trees. The man snored soundlessly, unconsciously keeping his balance on a single branch.

"Hibari, Hibari!" A small cheep came from afar. The yellow bird rested on the man's ruffled hair, making a small cozy nest. Hibari opened his eyes slowly, smiling at the bird's loyalty.

Tsuna swallowed as a trickle of cold sweat ran down from his forehead. Hibari had spotted him staring. Making his way towards the Vongola castle, Hibari had no tonfa in his hands, only a bird to shield him and a drowsy purple hedgehog in his pocket. Tsuna returned to his seat and waited patiently, knowing that there's no escape in a meeting with Hibari.

"Hello, Vongola." Nodded Hibari as he walked through the door. "Good day, Hibari-san, it is nice today, isn't it?" replied Tsuna unshaken, though his hands were dripping with sweat. Fear still ran through this young mafia boss, no matter how many years it has been. Ten? Twenty? Hibari was one to be feared no matter what.

"Ah, yes, it is a nice day." Hibari agreed "Too nice to be spying." He added with a grimace.

Tsuna shivered. He's in it. Even if he's a boss, his boss in fact, Hibari would never give in to a punishment.

Hibari glanced over to where Nuts sat obediently, also shivering with fear. He reached for his hedgehog and placed it on a pillow next to Nuts. The hedgehog yawned and blinked, but it fell asleep in the end.

"Tsunayoshi-kun, why are you shivering?" questioned Hibari, giving off one of his rare, beautiful smiles.

"I –I'm not shivering…. I'm just cold…" Tsuna looked away from Hibari, avoiding the piercing rays of Hibari's smiles.

"Tsunayoshi….." He trailed off, his large hands caging Tsuna's face, causing Tsuna to blush. As hard as he tried to struggle from Hibari's prison, the mesmerizing blue gray eyes held its lock on his own mocha ones.

"Tsunayoshi," Hibari started his sentence again. " Tsunayoshi, I love you."
