Like, OMG! This is my first fanfic ever! I think I'm going to do a bunch of comical one-shots regarding Mystery Inc.

Plan Gone Wrong
"Okay, gang," Fred said, addressing the members of Mystery Inc. "I have a plan!"
"Like, there are no surprises there." Shaggy said with a laugh. Mystery Inc. had recently taken on a case that dealt with a masked phantom causing havoc in a High School that was in the town they were currently taking residence in.
Everybody huddled in the Great Hall of the school so Fred could explain his plan. "I am going to set up a tripwire over there," Fred started, pointing to the doorway that lead off into a complicated set of hallways. "And there," He then pointed to a doorway that lead into the auditorium. "We should pour oil on the floor so the phantom is sure to slip into it, falling, and allowing us to capture him and reveal his identity!" He finished with a triumphant smile on his face.
The gang got to work straight away, making sure the tripwires were tight enough and that there was plenty of oil on the ground. There was a sound of maniacal laughter coming from the auditorium, causing Shaggy to cry out "Zoinks!" and jump into Scooby's arms.
Fred peered into the auditorium and saw the phantom running at full speed towards the door. This plan is sure to work. Fred thought to himself and waited for the phantom to burst through the doorway. Something went wrong, though. Yes, the phantom slipped on the oil, but while running at top speed, and ended up snapping the trip wire, and flying through the great hall.
Everyone gasped as the phantom slipped uncontrollably towards the wall. THUD! The phantoms head smashed into the wall, blood splattering it, and fell to the ground without another sound or movement.
Now, I won't go into more detail after this, but I will say that Fred wads convicted with manslaughter and that the gang was never the same again, especially Fred, who left Velma and Daphne to come up with the ideas from now on.
