So, my first story, hope you like it!
Apollo appeared in the cabin a few minutes after we all woke up. He was (for some strange reason) shirtless. "Umm... Dad?" I asked.
"What?"
"You're shirtles..." At that point I was pretty much gagging.
"Oh, oops," he replied. Apollo snapped his fingers and a shirt appeared on him. Thank the gods. I wonder why anyone would ever...eww... I don't want to know... "Okay! Guys! I have a very important haiku to recite." He seemed pretty nervous, so I guess it was about something really arkward. "All gods are flirting, with demigods at the camp, stay in here or else," he recited.
I was pretty shocked, but not that shocked because the gods go around making demigods all the time. Then Apollo started talking to us again.
"Oh yeah, one more thing, you guys are safe with Chiron and there's gonna be a meeting later on at the big house."
"But we're hungry," someone yelled.
"Oh, here," he replied.
Dad made a breakfast buffet appear in the middle of the room, as people started making their way towards it he walked outside.
A few hours later, the conch shell sounded for lunch. We all ran to the pavilion, hoping that we wouldn't get harassed by any gods. Someone appeared next to me in jogging clothes.
"Hermes!" I exclaimed.
"Oh, I just came by to say hello," he responded.
"Um... Okay?"
"Wanna come repopulate Olympus with me?"
"Uh, no thanks, come ask me when I'm eighteen, and IMMORTAL!" He flinched, stepping back then vanishing with a "poof". "Well, that was weird," I muttered to myself.
I raced to the pavilion and couldn't believe my eyes.
Hey guys, sorry this chapter is short, I just wanted to see how it would turn out and I promise the next ones will be longer. Anyways, I'm having a little contest and the winner gets their OC in the next chapter. If you win I'll pm you but if you don't you'll still get a shout out in the next chapter.
So, onto the contest, try to guess who said this quote and in which book they said it in: "'So.' He burped, waving his goblet. 'Welcome to the Percy, party.' He frowned. 'Party, Percy. Whatever'"
Bonus round: ideas for what's in the pavilion. Since there are two contest-things, TWO people get their OCs in the story, so more chances of winning! Yay!
