A Mother's Wrath
AN: Fourth in the Insanity 'verse. This one focuses on Oishi, since I felt like he doesn't always get much screen time, but I wasn't sure how to write him. Then I remembered how he's described as the mother hen, and this drabble was born!

Oishi Shuuichiro is the mother hen of Seigaku. It's obvious. As such, he is often seen as gentle and unthreatening, even if he is a very good tennis player.
He upholds this image very well, worrying over his team's wounds, being kind to the freshmen of the school, and bearing patiently with his doubles partner's exuberance.
He doesn't just pretend to care, he really does mother the Seigaku tennis team, but... There's more to him than that.
After all, he is still one of Seigaku's.
Mothers may been seen as soft, the nurturers of a group, but this is an image that only lasts until her children are threatened.
A mother will defend her children with all the ferocity of a wolf pack, and Oishi is no different. If you dare to hurt his "children", his teammates, may God have mercy on you, for Oishi won't.
If you were to ask Oishi who has hurt his team, his answer would be simple. "Every opponent I have ever faced."
They may not have touced a hair on the head of Seigaku's regulars, but Shuuichiro's definition of hurt is... unorthodox to say the least.
Every competitor is a potential threat to Seigaku, and Oishi would not stand for it. No one threatens his team and expects to leave unscathed.
So he utterly crushes anyone who dares play against the Golden Pair, and revels in it, because he is still Seigaku's. He may be a mother, but no one escapes Seigaku's curse untouched, and in the end, Oishi is as sadistic as the rest of his team.
His message is simple.
"You have threatened my family, and for that I will show no mercy."
Not many have the wisdom to hear what Oishi tries to convey in his game. But those who have played against him know, and they know better than to cross him again. For Oishi leaves his mark of fear and pain on everyone that he plays, whether he wins or loses.
Oishi Shuuichiro is the mother hen of Seigaku, and a mother's wrath knows no bounds.
