POI Reality:
It began with a slurring of words followed by hand tremors and an unsteady gait. Hearing loss kept the operative from noticing any spoken mistakes at first, but memory problems, confusion, and muscular weakness eventually made it obvious that the end of usefulness had arrived.
"Are you having trouble?"
"Huh?"
"Are you having trouble with your weapon?"
"Uh… it's fine… just can't get the magazine inserted … give me a moment and I'll have it."
