Chapter 1
"Good morning class! Today we have a new student," The teacher chimed. As I stumbles up to the teachers desk.
"What is your name, dear?" 'Don't call me that!' I think.
"Christina," I replie. (DWAAF: Yep my name's Christina.)
"Okay. Everyone say hello Cristina," the teacher orders.
Most of the class greeted me but a few mumble something along the lines of "Hopefully she's not as bad as the last." And shot looks at a boy with white hair.
I swallow hard and walk over to my desk. I slide into it and try my best to ignore the glances I'm getting from the blonde kid behind me.
The school day ended without a problem. I stepped out from school and proceeded to walk home.
I came up to a game shop that had a duel monster poster in the window. Deciding to take a look I walked in.
"Good afternoon," a elderly man greeted me.
"Hi," I replied. "do you have any good cards?"
"Cards? Oh yes," the old man said. He showed me various cards but none were to my liking or strategy.
I was about to depart when, the bell rang signaling that someone had entered the store. "Hey Gramps I'm home!"
The elderly gentleman ambled by me and walked to the door. I was walking toward the exit when a card caught my eye. I walked over to the display case to take a closer look.
"Oh my god!" I exclaimed softly as I saw the card. It was the Dark Magiacian Girl! I had been looking for this card for a very long time.
"Would you like that card?" The old man asked. I nodded vigorisly.
A couple of minutes later I stepped out if the shop and began waking home. "Hey! You with the brown hair!"
"Yeah?"
"Mr. Kaiba would like to see you."
"Sure."
About an hour later
"He calls himself a master duelist?"
I had been asked do duel Kaiba and had beat him in about five turns. 'If every duelist is like that then I'd be the best!' I thought.
Next Day
"Hey girl is it true that you beat Kaiba?" A girl asked me. I ndded my head.
"Whoa!" You're like the second person to beat Kaiba!" A brown haired boy exclaimed.
"Who was the first?"
"Me." A kid with multi-colored hair spoke up.
