Hi my name is Alexander Red Trace. My friends call me Alex. My nickname is L or Light I don't know why maybe because I am the light looking for my brother. This is my story.

(Alex pov.)

"Bye, Mom" I said on my way out the door to school. The way I get to school is my Yamaha YZF-R6 Sport Motorcycle Black-Red. When I started it, came to life. Then I was on my way to school. When I got there everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at me. I guess it's because I am the new kid or girl right.

Most of the boys looked at me then what I was getting off of. When they saw it the mouth dropped. I looked around there was five people that had gold eyes. They all stared at me, I stared back. One looked like Jasper my brother. I didn't know that, but I did know they were vampires.

I thought about turning them in to Grandpa. I didn't care because they didn't hart humans. My phone went of it sang "White and Nerdy by Weird Al". After everyone stopped staring at me because of my ring tone I checked who the texts was from "CC"

Hey, after school tell us what happened!!

p.s we miss you.

I giggled then I texted her back

I have been gone for a week CC. Sure I will tell you what happens at school.

After that I shut of my phone so I wouldn't go off during class. That when I hear my name being said. By the vampire I thought was Jasper then another said "Jasper why did you just say Alexander Trace?" I looked at him and said "Jasper Hale?" he didn't look at me. He just said to the pixie like girl "Because, that's my sisters name. And the new kid looks like here."

"You have sister Jasper you never told us, why?" "Because she didn't want to have older kids our age know her." "Do you think it's her Jazz?" "I don't know." "Then go see." The girl said. "Ok" then he made his way over to me.

When he got to me, I was getting my stuff to gather. "Uh, Hi." he said I turn around and looked at him and I said "Jasper" before I could stop myself. Then I just quickly said "Jasper Hale, right?" Asked me "How do you know my name and what is your name?" I answer his second question first, everyone stopped talking and listened to see what my name was.

Weird I said to myself. "Alexander Red Trace, but my friends call me Alex." Everyone looked at me I used my power to see what one of them were thinking one was thinking. (Wow Alexander Red Trace, that's a weird name.) Most people thought that.

"Nice too met you Alex please answer my aother question." Jasper asked "You know all ready reason why you came over here was the reason how i know your name."i said "The reason i came over here was to see if you were my sister."He said. " I know that and your right in one way." "What way may i ask?" he asked. "Did you have a mark on you forehead before you were changed in to a vampire?" I ask in a low voice so that the humans can't hear me.

"Yes"he said. "Was it a shadow and light mark?" i asked. "Yes, but no one ever asked about it. Because they can't see it now that i am a vampire. But its still there." "May i see your hand?" i asked. "Sure" he put his hand out in front of me i touched it. Then everything went black i saw that i was just me and Jasper he was looking at our Grandpa. Grandpa said"Light and shadow are here the two of each side are here. Do the Brother and the Sister take the lengend back in to their heart and help each other. Say Yes or No."
