A/N: What can I say, I know how crack this ship is but it's been stuck to me since I was little and no matter what I do my affections for it just can't seem to be gotten rid of. This is complete fluff I know but with the holidays a-coming and all my college friends returning I just am thinking bunches of happy thoughts. I've been watching a like of Naruto lately though so stay-tuned for future possible stories form there: some more KibaTem... Others not so much. It's gonna be a shipping extravaganza.
Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto or any character's associated with it. This is a work of pure fiction.

Sleeping In by This Modern Glitch
Kiba's not a morning person, quite the opposite in fact, and he loves sleeping in. Temari's too restless to waste her day in bed and she's almost always up by six. Almost, because sometimes she does stay in bed past six and indeed well into ten o'clock.
Those days are the best and Temari doesn't even mind the fact she's still in her pajamas when the clock announces its nine in the morning. No, curling up with Kiba is far more appealing than any chime of time.
It's fair to wonder what makes certain days special like this for them. There's the obvious things like birthdays and anniversaries but there are also reasons unique to their professions. Like when Temari has to travel to the Sand village to fulfill her duties as ambassador or when Kiba leaves for months on end as part of a mission. Those are the times they really love sleeping in together.
Those are also the expected moments both of them can always foresee and know with reasonable conviction. They're the predictable times.
It's rare but every once in a blue moon Kiba convinces her to sleep in with him for no reason at all. It's not easy, and usually involves nibbling her ear until she can't think clearly, but Kiba's a ninja and he's been trained to hone in on his opponent's weakness. Unfortunately, or so Kiba likes to claim, he's not the only one who's had ninja training and so sometimes it's Temari who wins.
Those days they watch the sunrise with Akamaru on a hill.
