For the Love of Toby

I was 17 when I met Toby Cavanaugh.

We met at my girlfriends house when he dropped her off.

We would hang out when we weren't busy.

We became the best of friends and we grew closer and gloser.

Both of our relationships ended when the girls left , but we stayed there.

We continued to stay , we went to Hollis and lived together.

We soon began to go to parties as well.

Toby met Andrew our sophomore year of college.

Andrew and Toby began to hang out more , and Toby began to leave me behind.

Toby told me he was bisexual 2 months after meeting Andrew.

I began to look at Toby in a different way and he looked at me differently too.

Toby and I went to a party one night when Andrew was studying and I kissed him.

Toby avoided me for the rest of the semester

One night Toby and Andrew got into a fight and he came over to my apartment.

We didn't sleep together but we did make out.

I began to look at Toby in another way now.

I raise the girls and eventually marry Hanna

I keep Toby and I's past from Hanna.

I see Toby for the last time alive , he is visiting Aprille and Aziza .

He tells me he loves me and he always did.

He kissed me for one last time with the taste of vodka free from his lips

Toby commits suicide

I remain married to Hanna but I never stop loving Toby
