I hope you like this new story. I really wanted to make a nother narrative. Anyway, I hope you like it!
"KEEP IT ON THE LEASH!" The women screamed at Sophie. It was getting harder and harder to hold on. Her muscles strained while the beast thrashed and flailed.
"What was happening in this messed up world?" Sophie whispered to herself. Everything she had planned went wrong. Her friend group had been ripped apart. Linh was sent off to work for the Neverseen. Protected because of her brother. Fitz had been killed by Alvar. Sophie had watched has he was slowly drowned to death. There wasn't a moment that Sophie regretted not being able to do anything. Lady Gisela took Keefe so he could complete "his legacy", Marella was being trained with several other Pyrokentics, no one knew where Biana went, and Dex was being forced to make weapons for the Neverseen. Only Sophie knew what happened to everyone. None of her friends had any clue where the others were. Well, no one knew where Biana went, except for her.
"You can let go." The woman panted. Lifting up her head to look at Sophie," You did very well."
"What is that thing?" Sophie asked, gesturing towards the monstrous beast standing in front of her," I've never seen it before,"
"We're not sure." The women replied," It's a new species."
"Where did you find it?"
"Here."
"That's weird." Sophie said sounding confused," Exotic species never show up around this area."
"No." The women agreed,"It's very strange. We've sent in a request for a research team."
"I hope we get something out of it."
"Same."
"I'm sorry," Sophie said," I never caught your name."
"It's Ivory."
"Nice to meet you Ivory."
Ivory tried to reply but was interrupted by the ground shaking. "NO!" She screamed, but it was too late. The earth split, and Sophie caught her last glimpse of Ivory, as she tumbled down to her death.
"I can never make friends." Sophie thought after that day," For all I know, they could be dead by the next day."
