P.S Shippo's name means Seven Treasures so i got the idea from that and I always thought Kagome was like a mom to him :) Anyway ON WITH THE STORY!
I watched as Shippo used his fox fire on Naraku, when all of the sudden a tentacle shot out and knocked him to the side. I stared at the kitsune; there was no way he could have survived that. Everyone, including Naraku, went quiet and stared at me. "YOU KILLED MY BABY!" I screamed, my brown eyes hardening, and attacked Naraku, killing him in one blow of my sacred arrow. As soon as I was through, I ran to Shippo, "Shippo, please don't leave me, I need you." I sobbed into his hair. "Please Shippo," I wailed over and over again as Sango comforted me. I finally let out an earth shattering wail. "I will NOT let him die, he has to survive. " I sent my miko powers around him to heal him when I felt a weak heartbeat. "S-Shippo?" I whispered. He blinked and opened his eyes, "Momma, why are you crying?" he whispered. I crushed him to my chest, "I love you so much, I thought I lost you, my baby," I cried tears of joy. We went to Kaede's hut to heal everyone as Shippo and I went to the hut I'd built and he fell asleep in my arms. "I promise I will always love you my seven treasures," I whispered before I fell asleep.
Yes I know it was short but it's my first fanfic. Short but sweet right? Please review and tell me how i did.
