The house owner
Today is the importer day in Alice life, because Alex is going to propose her girlfriend. His girlfriend Kate is my best friend. Alex told me he's going to propose her this morning at the company, Alex want to tell everyone Kate is only one in his life
When Alice taking shower before she go to meet Alex, she hear someone in to her house, she think is her friends Yony, but is not, is a stranger man. When Alice want to ask that stranger man who are you, someone call her is Alex.
"Where are you Alice, hurry up! You know I'm going to propose marriage to Kate I need your help, you're Kate best friend." Alex said
"I know I know! But there's a stranger man in my house, I know who is he" Alice said
"What? Why there's a stranger man in your house? Call the police!" Alex said
"Ok I will call you back" Alice said
Alice think she should call the phone, maybe that stranger man is killer. When Alice want to call the phone the stranger man said "Wait wait wait let me explant who am I? this house is mine I buy it, I want to leave this house in 24 hours."
"Wait why? I already pay the money for 3 mouths, this is my house"
"But you rent this house, you didn't buy it, but I buy the house from the old owner of this house, so leave this house in 24 hours" stranger man said
"But I still have 3 mouths to live at here" Alice said
"I will get you the money back, but leave this house" stranger man said
"No I don't want to money, I just want to live here, but how can you prove this house is yours" Alice said
Stranger man takes a price of paper out his bag and show Alice the paper. The paper is house letter of assignment. Now Alice trust him.
"Now you know this house is mine so leave this house as fast you can. By the way my name is Dylan" Dylan said
"My name is Alice and I don't want to leave this house. I still have the right to live at here for three mouths" Alice said
"Fine, if you importune to live at here for 3 mouths ok. But I have some rules, and you have to abide by those rules or you can leave my house.
1. Bathroom have to be dry every time
2. Each shoes in the shoebox has to be clean
3. Kitchen must be clean
4. Don't make the food at midnight". Dylan said
"Okay, but you have to let me live in your house" Alisa said
"Abide the rules and you can live at here. Now go to clean the bathroom" Dylan said
"But I have to work later, I don't have time already. I have to go to work now, can I clean it after I work please?" Alice said
"No, do it now" Dylan said
After Alice clean the bathroom she's totally late for woke and the important is she's late for Alex propose marriage. When Alice get there Alex was so angry. But that find Kate already say yes to Alex.
After 3 mouths Alice find a new house that she can live so she move out, at the first Alice don't want to move out of the house. But one day Dylan get drunk and he told Alice the reason that he very want to live at here. Because when he was 10 years old he lived at here with his family, they're very happy. One day her mother told him she get cancer, and she just can live more than 1 mouths.
One mouths ago, his mom dead, he and his father move out the house they don't want to live at this house to get sad because they will miss his mom, so they move out. After they move out the house Dylan was so sad to move out , he told his father that he want to move back but his father told he the house already salt. Dylan promise his father when he grown up he will get the house back.
Alice was so moving, she decide move out this house to get Dylan have private space.
