It was a nice sunny day outside so Sirius had taken Daituro out into the carried and laid him out on a blanket playing with him. He was having so much fun watching his little boy kicking and giggling as Sirius tickled him. Then he heard the cold silky voice he loved so much. "Sirius was need to talk." Sirius looked up smiling to Lucius which instantly fell as he saw the cold look on Lucius' face. "Of course hun. You can always talk to me. Is something wrong?" Sirius asked with a ting of worry in his voice. "I've grown tired of you. I'll have the house elves bring you your things later as long with the divorce papers. And I'm sure we can both agree since you have nowhere to go Daituro will stay with me. Now get off my grounds." Lucius said as he scooped up Daituro and turned around with a swoop of his robes walking back into the house. The sky turned grey as rain started pelting down on Sirius as he was left there feeling numb and hurt.
Sirius awoke with a start sitting up. He took a deep breath as he looked around the room his eyes finally resting on the golden haired man asleep next to him. Sirius relaxed realizing it was all just a nightmare. He softly brushed some hair away from Lucius' face before ghosting his lips over Lucius' soft lips. The nightmare still left him shaken up though. The idea of Lucius leaving him and taking his baby away from him made Sirius terrified. He had promised himself many years ago that he would never let anyone get close enough to him to hurt him. But watching the man sleeping beside him Sirius realized just how lucky he was to have someone who had his heart in his hands but, who would never hurt him.
Sirius laid back down resting his head on Lucius' chest. He closed his eyes smiling as he felt a hand gently rubbing his back. Sirius looked up to see Lucius looking down at him. "Are you ok hun?" Lucius asked with true concern in his voice. Sirius nodded. "Yeah just a bad dream." He told his husband. "Want to talk about it?" Lucius asked as he lit the bedside lamp.
Sirius sat back up and Lucius sat up with him hold Sirius close. "You left me and took our son with you. You said you were bored with me and Daituro would be staying with you because I had nowhere to go. Which is true. If you kicked me out I wouldn't have anywhere to go."
Lucius was rubbing Sirius' back as he listened to what happened in the dream. "You know that's not going to happen. Sirius I love you. And I could never take Daituro from you. He's our son and I wouldn't hurt him by keeping either of us out of his life."
Sirius chuckled softly and kissed Lucius lovingly. "It was just a bad dream. I know you won't leave me. I already thought this all through. I may get scared that you'll leave me, take our son, that I'll loss everything important to me but, that's only because everything is going right right now and I'm not use to that. I wouldn't be afraid that I'd lose this happiness if I wasn't happy. And that's just a risk I'm willing to take." He kissed him lovingly. "Now can we get back to sleep?" He yawned. "I'm really tired."
Lucius nodded and turned off the light lying back down with Sirius laying his head back on Lucius' chest. "I'm a lucky man." Sirius said softly.
Yes he was lucky because he had a man who loved him deeply and who could all his dreams come true. Dreams he didn't even know he had before he met Lucius. Lucky because the gorgeous man beside him had given him a sweet perfect baby boy and because now Sirius truly had a happy loving family of his own.
