At The Dot…
Spinner is showing Fitz how to work the coffee maker when Connor, Clare, and Adam walk in. They order and then sit at a table near the window. A few minutes later, Spinner brings them their drinks and purposefully spills it all over Connor. Spinner laughs as Connor tries to clean himself up. " Does the retard need help?" he asks mockingly. Adam stands up angrily, but Clare tells him that hitting Spinner isn't worth getting in trouble.. Satisfied, Spinner saunters back to the counter.
At School…
Anya twirls the lock and opens her locker. She grabs her books and a piece of paper flutters to the ground. She bends down and picks it up. She recognizes Declan's handwriting and slowly unfolds the note: "Anya, meet me at Above The Dot at 4:30.-Declan". Anya shoves the note in her backpack, confused. Everyone knows Declan likes Holly J(God knows why…). Anya brushes her hair out of her eyes and heads to Art class.
At a Baseball Game…
Fans are screaming, it's the bottom of the ninth and the Flying Squirrels are down by one run and they're at bat with a man on third base and two outs. Zane covers his ears and shouts to Riley, "Let's go home!". Riley's attention shifts from the game to his boyfriend, "Are you insane?" he yells back, "We're down one run and at bat with two outs! I have to see what happens!". Zane slouches back in his seat, scowling.
