Author's Note: This is my first Fanfic so try to go easy on me. And this this is going to be a very short chapter, being the first one, but the other ones will be much longer. ;o)
Chapter 1
Sitting on the bed in Claudia's bedroom like I have so many times. Kristy's in the director's chair, Stacey's at the desk and Claud is on the bed beside me. Her room is a mess as usual. So many things haven't changed.
Yet so many things have changed. Like that this isn't a Baby Sitters Club meeting. The club closed four years ago. Also, we're not 13 anymore. We're 17 starting our senior year in highschool, a year of change for all of us.
'I can not believe this is our last year of highshcool guys,' Stacey declared.
We all grunted in agreement.
'It just went by so fast!' Claudia said, handing jumbo bags of Smarties to Kristy and me.
'Well, most of the time,'Kristy corrected.
There was a moment of silence then
'You guys?',I said. 'Remember when we were in grade 7 and we all thought grade 12s were so big?'
'Yeah'
'Well, it's just that, it doesn't seem like that big of a deal any more.' I finished, looking around the room.
We sat in pensive silence for a while.
Kristy was the first to break it.
'Let's make this the best year of our lives!'
'A real year to remember.' Stacey added.
As I nodded in agreement, I didn't know just how much I would remember this ear.
