I sobbed and they picked up his limp, red body. Killed before he could regenerate...

I walked into my room (In the Tardis, of course.) and closed the door. As I climbed (More like flopped limply...) onto my bed, the tears soaked my pillow and stung as they wet my burns. Everything that happened flashed through my mind.

I ran into his arms, almost knocking him down. The Doctor and I hadn't seen each other in over a year. He grinned at me. That grin could make my knees shaky every time... As I entered the Tardis, he didn't follow. He just stood there. Frozen. I looked to him, laughing. "You coming or not? My first day back in the Tardis, and you don't even accompany me? Very gentlemanly indeed..." I smirked. Still nothing. "Doctor? Doctor? DOCTOR!?" I ran over to him and touched his cheek. It was cold. He suddenly fell over, and I barely caught him. I pulled him into the Tardis, and ran for a medical kit. Checking his blood pressure, it gone. He was dead. I could feel him changing. Regeneration? By now, my eyes were full of water. "Doctor... don't leave me... not now... NOT YET!" I screamed, and I hugging him tightly. He started to regenerate, and I backed away, terrified. Everything was on fire. I went downstairs, trying to avoid the flames. Just as I reached the bottom of the stairs, the pillars started to collapse... I looked up through the blue tinted floor just in time to see a pillar fall on the Doctor. On myDoctor. Screaming, I tried to save him... but it was no use. I fell asleep by his side, ignorant to the burning pain. My body survived, but my soul died there. I left my soul in the blood of my Doctor.
