After marching his way through the Fluff and Garlic-infested routes of Bill's Ranch, Splero took a short break at the very southwestern part of the Zen Gardens. Kneeling down under a tall cherry blossom tree, he let out a deep sigh.

'Man! Those Fluffs and Garlics really makes me tense!'

On one of his fingers, he was wearing a Bandage ring that he got from Commander Leon back at Village Greens. Clutching on his fist and placing it on his chest with his eyes closed, Splero released some of his Qi and his ring glowed. As the glow grew bright, a single plaster magically appeared and fluttered in the air like a butterfly before it went to him and wrapped itself around Splero. He sighed out in relief as his previous wounds he suffered earlier started to heal.

'Ah! Thank you, Commander Leon! For this blessed ring that you gave me since.'

He opened his eyes and stood back onto his feet. Splero then prepared his Triple Guns ring and as he concentrated his stamina on the precious ring, a mysterious glow of bright light shined before his eyes. With a smile of confidence, he grabbed a rifle and started to march in a cautious pace as he haven't visited Zen Gardens yet. Moving further on the trail, a few Cherry Fluffs appeared from the bushes and they have slightly uncomfortable looks on their faces. Aware of their sudden presence, he stood his ground and readied his guard.

'Don't you dare to move closer or I'll drown you all in lead!'

The Cherry Fluffs didn't halted and they continue to approach him in a provoking way. They first huffed and puffed, then they started to swarm him.

'Alright! I-I warned you all!'

Without a second thought, Splero started to lay down some accurate shots on the Cherry Fluffs that were now swarming at him. Even though his attacks from his Triple Guns ring were powerful enough, his shots didn't stopped them from moving closer at him. A wounded Cherry Fluff and a few more now closed in and they started to swell in size.

'Oh my God!'

In a hurry, Splero prepared his Turtle ring and as he magically unleashed a round green barrier around him, the Cherry Fluffs exploded. The explosions were huge but the green barrier protected him. As the smoke clears, Splero looked around and he plastered a smile while looking at his Turtle Ring.

'Good thing the shell fended me much.'

He started to look around and Splero could hear something rustling not far from his footing. It was now that time for him to flee back to safe lines.

'Better get out of here and return back to Baron Town.'

Looking down on his fingers, he was both wearing a Coyote Spirit ring. Closing his eyes, he placed his clutched fist on his chest and the ring illuminated a bluish glow. A spirit of a coyote appeared and as it coiled around his body, a beautiful howl echoed in the wind before disappearing into his very soul. With the coyote's spirit being absorbed, he opened his eyes which were now glowing blue. With a grin, Splero make a quick dash towards the other paved paths of Zen Garden on his way back to Baron Town.

As he departed, the wind howled and the flower petals fell from the tree branches.
