Author's Note and Explanation: I saw ep. 12 and was like, ARGH! Then, I began going too much into the concept and contemplating what would really happen if Seimei were to return and ask Soubi to kill Ritsuka. Soubi's POV. R&R maybe? Even if you hate it, I'd like to know. It takesa lot for me to let people read my stuff. I'm only now getting into it more since I do aspire to be a real author with my OWN characters one day.

Alas! I do not own much aside from my thoughts and my laptop! On to the story!

Seimei's word was law. If he had told me to bend over and take it up the tailpipe, I would have had to comply. Seimei's law said that I would belong to Ritsuka after he disappeared. And when that happened, Ritsuka's word would be law.

Seimei stood before me, grinning as I had never seen him do before. I knew that this wasn't my Seimei. Whoever it was, it was not Seimei. It wouldn't do, however, to let this imposter know that.

"Soubi, I have an order for you." 'Seimei' spoke casually, coolly, distant as if we had never shared the warm kisses that connected us.

"Yes, Master." I replied docilely, not even trying to fool myself into believing that this man was my master.

"Kill him."

I knew very well whom he intended, but I felt defiant. Besides, punishment might be nice after all this time. "Who do you mean?"

"You know. Ritsuka, my brother, kill him."

"I cannot comply with your orders."

"What?" His voice was sharp, fierce even.

"Seimei's word is law. And Seimei's law said that after Seimei disappeared, Ritsuka's word would be law and that I would belong to Ritsuka. Ritsuka wishes to live. And so, I cannot comply with your wishes, even if you were the real Seimei." I raised my hand and rent him asunder with a series of attacks. Reveal. Shatter Disguises. Cut. Banish. Destroy.

"Seimei's word is law, but Ritsuka's the only law I live for."

Oh, yeah! I forgot to mention that my dear friend Shan from school and I have this joke that whatever she gives, I have to take. I was talking to her online while writing this, hence the second sentence in this little ficlet.
