"Now announcing the newlyweds, Gilbert and Matthew Beilsmidt!" Announced the D.J. as the two entered the huge ballroom where there reception was being held.(They rented a mansion)
They didn't get a big wedding, they just signed a paper with a notary watching. Matthew wanted to save money so they could have more things at the reception.
Everyone started to cheer.
Gilbert and Matthew held hands and walked over to their friends.
"Congrats baby bro!, I'm so happy for you now you like me and Artie!" Yelled Matthew's loud obnoxious brother Alfred.
"Shut up you Bloody Git you don't go around telling everyone about our relationship!" Arthur said blushing madly as he punched Alfred playfully in the arm before Alfred pulled him in a hug. "Come on it's just Mattie and do you want me to go around yelling "I'm single and not married to a sexy Brit!" come on bro you know i love you and i can't help it! Your just to cute!"Alfred said turning Arthur around so he could look at Matthew and Gilbert who was chuckling about there little fight."I give you the best of luck" Arthur smiled. "You too." Laughed Gilbert as he tightened his grip on Matthew's hand. "See you later were going to say hi to the other guests." Said Matthew. "Hahaha alright bro!" Laughed Alfred as he kissed Arthur's cheek.
Gilbert and Matthew walked across the ballroom saying "Hi" to everyone and thanking them for coming.
They reached a large group of people. The group was made out of Francis, Antonin, Lovino, Feliciano, Ludwig, Kiku, Yao, and Ivan.
"Yo! Guys thanks for coming to our awesome reception!" yelled Gilbert as they walked up to the group.
"I wouldn't miss it for the world my little Matthieu is married to mon meilleur ami (A/N: my best friend)" Said Francis as he smiled at the two.
"Thanks papa." Matthew smiled.
"Ahhh mon ami your going to take care of mattieu qui?" Francis said with a smile
"Don't worry Francy-pants I'll take care of Birdie I'm to awesome to let anything happen to him." Gilbert reassured Francis.
"Were giving you our best wishes amigo!" Yelled Antonio
"Thanks Toni!" Replied Gilbert
"Gilbert and Matthew please make your way to the middle of the room for your first dance together." instructed the D.J.
Gilbert smiled as he looked down at the blushing blond that was holding his hand.
"Well let's go." Gilbert said as Matthew nodded, the walked to the middle of the room.
The people that were in the middle of the room got out of the way and the room began to suddenly get quiet as slow music began to play.
Gilbert put his hands on Matthew's waist as Matthew rested his arms on Gilbert's shoulders. Their Foreheads touching as they danced slowly to the music.
"ich liebe dich Birdie." Gilbert whispered as his ruby eyes looked at lavender ones behind a pair of glasses.
"I love you too,I could never ask for a better husband." Matthew replied.
Gilbert moved back and grabbed Matthew's hands, then pulling him back close, before spinning both were smiling and Gilbert hated to admit it but he was crying and so was Matthew. Nothing could be better at the moment.
They danced a bit more until the song was about to end. Gilbert pulled Matthew in close before kissing him. The song ended and so did there kiss. when they looked around they noticed Arthur, Alfred , Francis, Elizibetha , and Antonio crying.
There was nothing that could happen between the two that would make them not love each other.
A/N: Ok so yea kinda a sappy story I got this idea when I went to my older cousins reception for her wedding. I cried when I saw their first dance.
