Similarity No. 1: The Creation
Both the Powerpuff Girls and the Gundams were created by mad scientists. (Hey, I love Professor Utonium, but ya gotta admit the guy's a tish unstable, and he's no where near the league of insanity the five doctors who made the Gundams are in.)
Similarity No. 2: The Mecha
The PowerPuff Girls battle Mojo Jojo's giant robots all the time. The Gundams fight mobile suits, which are essentially giant robots.
Similarity No. 3: The Blondes
Both Bubbles and Quatre are the kawaii, gentle, lovable, and innocent ones in their respective shows. Both Bubbles and Quatre are known to become crazed, violent, and generally nasty in the forms of Bubblevicious and ZERO-Quatre.
Similarity No. 4: The Secretaries
The Mayor has a very capable, intelligent, and versatile secretary, Ms. Sara Bellum. Treize Khushrenada has an intelligent, capable, and versatile (Well, if you consider having split personalities versatile...) secretary, Lady/Colonel Une.
Similarity No. 5: The Princesses
The PowerPuff Girls have been troubled on several occasions by Princess, a self-centered, spoiled, and obsessive girl. Heero Yuy has been troubled on several occasions by Princess Relena, a self-centered, spoiled, and obsessive girl.
Similarity No. 6: The Villans
Both the PowerPuff Girls and the Gundams have to fight enemies who want to take over/destroy the world. Actually, this is true for most superhero type shows... -_-;;
And now for.... VARIOUS STUPID THINGS!!!!
If GW was put in the PowerPuff universe.....
Of course the G-boys would be the stars! (picture of chibified G-boys soaring in little beams of light.... awww! Kawaii! ^_^)
Treize would become the Mayor ... (think a chibi-Treize in the Mayor's hat and monacle)
Lady Une would be his secretary... (insert picture of Lady Une from the neck down ala Ms. Bellum)
...And Colonel Une would become Sedussa... (-_-;; just imagine Une in red leather and black fishnets...eep! Scary!)
HIM would be Relena... (Urg! Imagine Relena in HIS outfit! Gah!! _ )
And, because of tight casting, Relena would also be Princess... (no costume needed)
Mojo Jojo would be Dorothy... (Actually, the turban whould cover her freakish eyebrows, so she wouldn't be as frightening)
And Zechs whould be ..... FUZZY LUMKINS! (Shirtless Zechs in bib-overalls brandishing a shotgun and yelling "Git offa my colony!" :::Doesn't it fit, though? I mean, that's how he was in the last few episodes when he was trying to destroy the world:::)
Quinze would be Abra-Cadaver... (once again, no costume needed)
Noin would take the place of Miss Kean... (yes, she's a bit harsh for preschoolers...)
Sally would be the announcer... ("And so, once again, the day is saved! Thanks to the GW Boys!")
