A/N: I'm not sure what I'm doing writing yet another post GBGL fic. Nonetheless, I hope that you enjoy it.

Disclaimer: I claim no ownership of CSI (until Sara returns).

As sleep began to disappear from the recesses of her mind, she opened her eyes to find the sunlight streaming through the blinds in their bedroom and Gil studying her intently.

"Good morning, honey."

Her mind was still a bit fuzzy, and she yawned twice. "This is the seventh day in a row that I have awakened to find you staring at me." She teased, "It might soon become creepy."

He frowned. "I can't seem to help it…to help myself. I'm just happy and thankful that you're back…that you're home."

His hand reached out –hesitantly at first –to gently caress her cheek. He didn't have to say the words for her to understand what he was thinking.

Her hand covered his before she drew it away and linked their fingers together. Looking into his eyes –eyes that right now were so filled with love for her that she just wanted to cry in happiness because he was hers –she spoke softly, "You don't need to worry that you're dreaming… that you're going to wake up to find that I'm not here. You're not imagining things. I came back home to you, and I'm not leaving again. I love you, Gil."

A/N2: For those who read Memories and/or Faking It, I hope to send out review replies (i.e. sneak peeks) one day this weekend (keep your fingers crossed). I'm going through a "I hate everything I'm writing" stage at the moment with Memories. Reviews are quite encouraging so please don't feel afraid to leave one.
