A bright flash later and I had arrived.

"Hold it. He's not here yet." I interuptinterupted, "is there a chair I can lean on?" I continued before deciding the wall in front of me was good enough.
After my moment of disorientation subsided, I pushed a button on my watch and stated, "2 o 5, safe but dizy" puting the watch down I started "get ready to catch him"
A moment later and the actual diplomat was through, I gestured for whoeverwas greeting us to continue.
"Welcomed to Zootopia," a grey hare greeted, "shall we begin?"
