This is just a Daijyou/Jyousuke ficlet written to cheer up my bud Moonstorm. Don't worry if the other kids make fun of your afro or lesbianism. I still love you. When you're not ignoring me. ~_^

Some like their sugar bought from the candy store
I prefer honey that doesn't come in a jar
Tastes just like sugar unrefined
Sticky like honey, so divine
I need her candy every night
Naturally good like apples and tangerines
Sweeter than honey, chocolate and pralines
A better dessert I'll never find
She'll always be my Valentine
I need my sugar fix

Sugar Fix
By Six
"Do you have any candy?" asked Davis, reaching into a cupboard and moving things around on the shelves. He opened another cupboard door, not bothering to close the first one. Joe stepped up behind him, quietly closing the cupboard Davis had neglected. He sighed, predicting the mess that the redheaded ball of energy was going to make if he continued his search for sugar.
"I don't have any candy, but I do have apples," commented Joe, pointing to the bag of fresh apples lying on the counter with a hopeful look on his face. Davis looked skeptical.
"Apples. That is so typical of you," he sighed, digging around in a drawer, still hunting for the sugary treat.
Joe grabbed Davis from behind, holding him in a hug.
"Does that mean you've grown tired of me?" he teased, leaning them from side to side.
"You, never. Your healthy, non-sugar foods, yes." Davis spun out of his boyfriend's embrace and began to search for the candy again. He didn't care what Joe said, there had to be candy somewhere in Joe's apartment. It was a law of apartments or something. Joe rolled his dark eyes.
"Trust me, there is no candy. Just settle with the apple. I love apples!" Joe's convincing voice didn't seem to be tempting his companion. Davis looked at the bag again. His eyes lit up for a moment as a plan formed in his head. Grabbing a particularly juicy looking one, Davis turned around and made his best puppy-dog face.
"Ok, I'll eat one," at Joe's triumphant look, he went on, "As long as you share it with me."
The taller of the two smiled happily. Sharing didn't sound so bad. He loved apples.
He reached for a drawer to grab a knife so he could cut the apple in half, but before he could, Davis pounced on him. They fell to the floor, Joe taking most of the impact. But he didn't have much time to complain about it before Davis's mouth attacked his, part of the apple he had bitten into slipping in along with his tongue.
When they broke apart, Joe made a face, "That has got to be one of the most unsanitary things you've done!"
Davis looked slightly hurt, sliding off of Joe.
"Hey," said Joe, pulling Davis back on top of him, "I didn't say to stop."
