Captain Hector Barbossa sat at the bar in Tortuga. He was sipping some rum and enjoying it thoroughly. I mean, If you couldn't taste food or drink in a decade, it would have tasted good.
He was in his little corner, so that nobody bothered him. He wasn't really in the mood to fight people over someone's stolen drink. Not only was he enjoying his favored drink but was munching happily on a green apple.
Now, that is what he had been waiting for a long, long time.
About a week ago, Tia Dalma raised him from the dead. She foresaw that they needed him to help get Jack back. He wasn't dead...yet. At least from Tia Dalma's perspective. So, he decided to enjoy himself a little bit, being free from the the curse and all.
All of the sudden, there was music.
He wasn't sure where it was coming from, but it was spanish. He could tell. All of the sudden, the fighting stopped. Everyone started staring at something. Barbossa couldn't see what it was, but it must have been something amazing, to keep the fighting at bay.
Finally curious, he stood up and walked over.
What he saw made his mouth drop.
