I got this idea from a scene in "The Nanny" when the butler dances in his underwear to clean the house. I was also inspired by Skipper's leaf dance, because that was my favorite P.O.M moment ever.

"I hope that candy's worth it." Private said to his team as they ran back to the H.Q. for baking supplies for King Julian Day. (A/N If you didn't already know, this takes place in the middle of the penguins of Madagascar episode "King Julian Day")
"It will be Private" Kowalski said to the young penguin. The penguins went inside the H.Q through the fishbowl entrance.
"There's a bowl." Private said when they were all inside, clapping excitedly at the small bowl on the table. He went to grab it, but then stopped. "Do you hear a noise?" he asked.
"As a matter of fact I do." Kowalski said. "It must be skipper." Skipper stayed at the H.Q. to clean up.
"Why, it sounds like music." Private said.
"Yep" Rico grunted.
Just take them old records off the shelf.
"Let's see what it is." Private said
I'll sit and listen to 'em by myself
They waddled to the back of the H.Q. and saw Skipper with a rag and cleaning spray dancing to the music and lip singing to it.
Today's music aint got the same soul
I like that old time rock and roll.
The penguins just stared in shock for a moment, and then they started to smile
Skipper was acting so goofy bobbing his head to the music and dancing even crazier than King Julian.
They didn't want to stop him, because it was so funny, but before long they couldn't hold it any longer. They burst out laughing with tears in their eyes.
"Wha-" Skipper said as he turned around to see his team rolling and laughing on the floor.
Skipper stopped the music, and walked over to his team whose faces were turning red from the laughter.
When they were done laughing, there was an awkward silence, except for a few giggles.
"Sorry Skippa" Private said in gasps from laughing. "We came… back to make… a cake for Julian, and… saw you."
Skipper was a little angry, but he was too embarrassed to say anything. He had a huge blush under the feathers on his face.
"Team, you do comprende that this is classified." Skipper finally said.
"We know Skippa" Private said calmed down from laughing and getting up with the others. "Well I guess we'll be going then."
Skipper nodded and turned around to continue cleaning.
"Oh and Skipper before we leave we want to tell you something." Kowalski said.
"Yes?" Skipper said turning around.
"I like that old time rock and roll!" They all sand together (Rico grunting what he could say), before laughing again.
Skipper smiled and chuckled. "Now get out of here, you party knuckleheads."
