Hi there! So this is the first time I've written a fanfiction and actually published it! Wrote this at about 3 a.m. the night once I finished the triology! Anyways, it's a short story and any reviews on how i wrote it or the story in general would help me out alot . Have fun :

"Come on Shepard, it'll be fun." His claw gripped firmly, yet tenderly, around the hero of the universes' hand to drag her into another amusement park. Visiting earth after meeting the commanders' parents, Garrus himself had taken a curiosity on human attractions, taking the chance to show off his signature snarky comments on each of them.

"Come on Garrus, I doubt you could even handle it". Shepard had been hesitant, the other rides clearly being more than expected for the Turian, being hidden by comments on how he "dealt with worse during his time in C-Sec".

Truth be told, Garrus was completely nauseous from the last ride called a "roller coaster" purely due to it feeling similar to how the ground felt during Reaper attacks a few years back; the ground shaking to the point aiming was almost pointless and just pulling the trigger in the general vicinity of an enemy could mean a direct hit. The flashbacks would randomly appear while on the ride, but with such a need to show Shepard just how cool her boyfriend is, he would suffer through it. Her smile was also a good way to get through it as well.

She was still a bit wary but sat on the opposite side of the teacup with her boyfriend (soon to be husband, hopefully) of 5 years. The days had passed by so quickly after everything was said and done with the galaxy saved. The rides made her queasy, nothing in particular, she was never really a roller coaster person when it boiled down to it in all honesty. Garrus had just been so eager to show off his 'machoness' to her, it was impossible to refuse.

"So how do we do this Shepard?" Garrus began investigating the cup shaped vehicle they were in, confused on how it was to be thrilling.

"We just grab this and spin it together". Shepard began spinning the wheel in the center slowly, checking to assure the Turian caught on. Soon they were at a steady speed, nothing to do but stare into each others eyes and turn the stupid cup.

"Is this fun to humans?" Was this an attraction to talk to the other person? They were going at the most 5mph so the Turian was at a loss to understand what was suppose to be happening.

"We're actually supposed to be going faster, ya know, but I can see you're not up for it" There was that devious glint in her eyes again, beckoning for a response, a challenge, something to quench the lust for achievement.

"You're on Shepard, but don't think I'll slow down when your delicate hands tire out"

"Are you really trying me Vakarian? Against THE commander Shepard? Hero of the galaxy and races everywhere?"

"Don't use status on me, Shepard" Garrus chuckled and shook his head slightly. Even after all these years, she was still the same person he fell in love with after 'blowing off steam'.

"Oh stop stalling Vakarian" Shepard began spinning the wheel, attempting to maintain eye contact while simultaneously keeping her lunch.

"Queasy, Shepard?" Garrus taunted, attempting to keep his voice balanced. There were two Shepards in front of him now and it was clear he wouldn't last long after.

"I made it through the Reaper base Garrus, think this cutesy teacup is gonna stop me?"

"Nothing could stop you Shep-" Garrus began, stopping because he could taste the food coming up. "Oh god. "

The sight would have certainly made headlines if it weren't just at a secluded torn down amusement park, the galaxy's mightiest heros, puking over a 2 minutes ride on a miniature pink teacup.

Rate and review, thank you!I'm still really new to story writing so anything helps!
