Good morning/afternoon/evening/night/tidings to all, oh people of the interwebs. If you've forgotten who I am, or are just now discovering this in the future before the internet becomes obsolete [it will happen at some point since that's how technology goes after all(e.g. Dreamcast, VHS, 8-tracks, etc.)] then allow me to reintroduce myself. My name is Edward the Pure. I have been a visitor to this site for about six years, during two of which I wrote several stories. The two years since I've been on an unofficial hiatus, which originally was supposed to only be a few weeks but eventually I forgot I had this account, but soon I shall attempt to rectify this. I'm sorry that I haven't been around or those of you who know me.
The main reason I'm doing this little update is to inform my readers, however few I may still have, that I'm not dead and that I plan on continuing my stories. I've seen many a story unfinished on this site and I know, at least for me personally, how annoying that can be. Questions left unanswered, mysteries yet to be illuminated and all that suspenseful jazz. Not to mention how much I personally hate to leave something unfinished. Heck I'm even that way with tests. If it's a free response and I don't know the answer I just pull an Izaya and Wing it. I never get the answer right but it's better than getting annoyed at leaving a blank respons... right?
Be for warned that I may not be back in action at 100%, due to taking summer classes and my job, but I will do everything within my limited power to update my stories and bring everything to a close as quickly as possible. How can you be sure that I won't just leave again with no indication or warning or anything of the sort? I'm sorry to say that there isn't any guarantee. The only thing I can indefinitely give you all is my word: that I shall do my darndest to ensure that my works, once forgotten and dismissed, will be made to fruition and become complete. Do I promise a work of art? No, I will make them as good as I can. I may be out of practice, but that's never stopped me before.
This is next, really short bit is for past readers so anyone in the future doesn't have to read this. I just wanted to apologize for being away and leaving you hanging. No excuse justifies being away for two whole years. So, if you're reading this now, I just wanted to say welcome back and thank you for giving me a second chance. Hopefully I can still pique your interests with my tales of mystery and woe.
