Orihime's Pov
"WAHH!" The baby's crying rang through the house. I groaned and got out of Ulquiorra's warm embrace I chuckled when he groaned at the loss of contact. I slowly walked down the hall into Akiko's room and picked her out of her crib. She looked a lot like her father. Black hair and green eyes, her skin was not as pale as his but a couple tones darker much more like mine. I rocked her back and forth to calm her down a bit I heard the door open behind me I turned around to see a shirtless Ulquiorra in just his boxers. I blushed and turned my attention back to the baby and getting her back to sleep. I heard Ulquiorra come up behind me and his arms go around my hips. He nuzzled his head on my neck and stared at the baby.
"Would you like to hold her?" I asked I felt him turn his head side to side on my shoulder.
"No she's still too small." I let out a chuckle.
"Your daddy is afraid to hold you." I whispered to the small infant in my arms who now was looking up at us wide eyed she giggled.
"I am not." He retorted.
"Really then hold her right now." I said pulling out of his arms and handing him Akiko. He just stood there for a second but then held his arms out. I gently placed the baby in his arms. He looked nervous but then smiled at his daughter as she snuggled up to him and went into a gentle sleep.
"See, you won't hurt her." I said as he placed Akiko in her crib. He turned to me and kissed me on the lips.
"Let's go back to bed woman."
