A/N: Bill and Ben are characters from Thomas the Tank Engine. What Haruhi sings in her head at the end is a slightly amended version of the theme song.

I BLAME CHEY.

Thank you.

"Did you hear about the third year who's going to study abroad next year?"

Tamaki picked up the delicate china tea pot and poured some hot tea into the two matching cups that sat on the coffee table in front of him and his customer. Coincidentally, she was also the only customer at the host club at the time.

Tamaki shook his head at the statement. "Where is he going?"

"America!" the girl replied with a jolt to her tone.

Tamaki looked shocked. "That's quite a drastic move!"

The customer nodded and took a long sip as the silence set in. Then she turned to Tamaki. "What do you think it'd be like in America?"

He smiled dreamily at her. "America could never be as good as Japan... because you're not there."

"Oooh, Tama... ki..." the girl gushed. She daintily covered her mouth with her hands to suppress her giggles. After controlling her laughing fit, she looked at Tamaki with a serious look in her eyes. "But really... how would I fit in in America? Where would I live? What would they call me?"

The host club king put his chin on his palm and gazed at the client. "Your name would be something as attractive as you, of course. Like the American word for... Sunflower. Because your smile is as bright as the sun and as beautiful as a flower."

The girl had another giggle fit, but across the room, Hikaru sighed. He leaned his arm onto Haruhi's shoulder who was sitting in a wobbly chair at an end table, engrossed in a book. Kaoru stood next to Hikaru, crossing his arms.

Haruhi wanted to simply take pleasure in the slow patronage by soaking in her latest novel. Unfortunately, the Hitachiin twins had other plans for her, in meaning they would gripe to her about Tamaki whether she enjoyed their company or not.

"I doubt 'Sunflower' is even an American name," Kaoru sighed.

Hikaru shook his head slightly. "I can believe it. The other day I heard a really strange American name. 'Amanda'."

Kaoru gave Hikaru a strange look. "'Amanda'? Are you serious? That's worse than 'Cheyanna'."

Hikaru nodded and turned his attention to Haruhi. "Hey... Haruhi. What do you think our American names would be?" When she didn't reply, he crouched down to make his head level with hers. "Do you think I'm an 'Amanda'?"

Kaoru snickered and crouched down at the opposite end of the table from Haruhi. "Haha... do you think I'd be a train conductor or something in America?"

The twins got a real chuckle out of that.

So much of a chuckle that Haruhi set her book down in annoyance. She took a deep breath and began to talk.

"Your names would be Bill and Ben."

Hikaru and Kaoru stood up, then blinked in unison.

"You'd be... erm... trains."

"Trains?" Kaoru exclaimed. "Not train conductors?"

"No!" Haruhi snapped. "Just trains. Yeah... your best friends would be other trains."

Kaoru shifted his weight from one foot to the other. Hikaru furrowed his brow.

"Other trains named... Thomas. And Hen... ry...?"

There were a few moments of silence that seemed to drag on for minutes.

Hikaru and Kaoru broke the silence by bursting into an uncontrollable state of laughter.

"Hahaha... trains.. yeah!" Kaoru cried.

"Bell and Bin... or whatever she said... ahahahaha!" Hikaru spluttered. "Sounds like the plot to some scary-ass kid's show!"

Kaoru wiped an imaginary tear from his eye. "Thanks for the laugh, Haruhi!"

As they walked away, Haruhi's mind was now totally distracted.

"Scary-ass kid's show... yeah... I can just imagine it...

'It's Bill and Ben,

hip hip hip hip hooray...
