So this is NOT a SongFic even though, anyone who knows Relient K, knows that they have a song just like this (same title). This fic was inspired partically by this song a partically by my life (as usual).

Yuusuke was the one to see it first.
A long white piece of fabric hanging from a tree, stained with blood.
Kurama was the one to see the note.
It was half under a rock at the base of the tree. The apparition knelt down to pick it up while Yuusuke ran to the edge of the cliff upon which the tree was situated to scan the rushing river, far in the cannon below them. He searched fruitlessly for a sign of a body, though he was still not one hundred percent sure whose he was looking for.
Kurama read the note through once before crumpling it up angrily in his fist. This confirmed it. It confirmed who was dead. Not only did it confirm his death, but it confirmed the cause.
The red-headed boy walked over and stood next to Yuusuke. The pair watched as a black robe floated down the river.
All the facts added up.
Hiei committed suicide.
