It was an early morning for Captain Albert Wesker of Raccoon City's S.T.A.R.S unit. The stress of the job already was building on his shoulders despite is only being 7 in the morning. Albert Wesker was as well
known for his dedication to his job as his blonde hair and sunglasses. Although the stress wasn't from normal causes such as Chris Redfield's usual antics it was far too early for that. The cause of his stress was a
pile of folders that was left by Chief Brian Iron on his desk. Albert's first thoughts were that it was possible new recruits for S.T.A.R.S, to which he discovered he was only partly correct. In front of him was a
proposal for a new unit to the police department mostly to S.T.A.R.S. In front of him was a proposal for a new K-9 unit that would help eliminate some of the risk S.T.A.R.S. officers are put in regularly. The idea
alone repulsed Wesker greatly almost to the point of nausea if that were deeply sighed, removing his polarized sunglasses and place them on his desk quietly before messaging his temples as he felt a stress
headache begin. Feeling no real improvement of his pain, he rested his head in his palms relishing the silence that would soon dissipate. Knowing he had the next 2 hours to himself, Albert took the rare liberty to
relax before looking through the folders. If he was lucky, then Redfield would call in 'sick' as he often tried on a Monday or Friday morning. Despite his dedication Wesker despised desk work in any way, shape or
form. Field work was where he preferred to be if he could help it, but being captain kept him from the field more than he'd like. After spending nearly a half hour in thought, Wesker sat up properly before reaching
for his sunglasses. Putting off work would get him nowhere sorting through the folders alone could take all day, if he were unlucky. Swiftly, he sorted the folders between men and women. "Grouping the folders
should make it flow faster". It almost discouraged him to discover that in total there were 54 folders. Wesker resisted the urge to slam his forehead on his desk. Letting out an exasperated sigh, he picked up the
first folder as he read, only one thought entered his mind 'This is going to be an exceedingly long day' Wesker leaned back in his chair as he began reading the folders contents.
