Fanny!" a six year old Fanny stopped swaying her swing for a minute to see one of her best friends running over to the vacant swing beside her.

"Hi Patton." Fanny smiled at the also six (nearly seven) year old Patton who began to sway his swing as high as it could go.

"Lowest one losses!" Patton challenged, pushing the swing higher than it already was. Fanny began copying his actions, managing to get the swing as high as he did. She giggled and smiled as she kicked the ground, forcing the swing to fly higher into the air. Patton stopped his swing and began to watch her giggle as the wind blew her wavy red hair, smiling as he did.

"Hey!" Fanny placed her feet flat on the floor, stopping the swing mid-way. "Why'd you stop?"

He stared at her for a few more seconds before answering. "You're really pretty when you smile." Fanny's cheeks turned red at his words.

"R-really?"

"Yeah," Patton returned a warm smile. "You should do it more often."

A/N: So short, so sweet. Ah, young love.

Should I make a sequel to this? Yes? No? Maybe? Well it's too late to decide cause I already made one.

This is the part where I tap dance out of the room asking you to review. So do that.
