"Are you trying to lead me astray again Mr Walker?" Zoe asked playfully.
"So what if I am?" Max asked as he saw a smile spread across Zoe's face and she took a step towards him closing the gap that she'd made sure was between them at first.
"Then I couldn't care less as long as you kiss me." Zoe whispered before Max's lips joined with hers. Realising they were out in public and there kisses were getting passionate she stopped.
"Zo?" Max questioned cautiously, unwilling for this to be the end again after she'd let him close.
"Stay here one minute." She spoke but saw Max's face drop so she leaned in and kissed him again. "I'll be back in a second, I just need to make sure that Dylan isn't up still."
"Dylan?!" Max questioned.
"I thought you knew we lived together?" Zoe replied, confusion spreading across her features.
"No, anyway I need to check that he's not up before I bring you in." She spoke before she left Max to make sure that Dylan was in bed. She wasn't at all surprised to find him out for the count on the sofa with Dervla curled up beside him. "The coast is clear." She told Max as she returned outside and took Max's hand. "We're going to have to be quiet though, the walls of this thing are incredibly thin." Zoe explained as she let Max through into her room on the boat.
"That's a shame." Max spoke seductively as he pulled Zoe back into his arms and kissed her.
"We could always wait if you wanted to?" Zoe spoke, laughing slightly to herself as she knew he wouldn't know that she'd allowed him this close again.
"No way." Max exclaimed as he pushed Zoe back onto the bed and watched as she tried to contain the loud giggle that she was about to let out.
"Zoe? Are you alright?" Dylan asked as he knocked at the door as he heard a funny noise from her room.
"Max shhh." Zoe whispered quickly to Max who was kissing her neck, "I'm fine thanks, just stubbed my toe, I'm off to sleep now anyway. I probably won't see you in the morning, I have an early start." Zoe explained knowing that she'd have to sneak Max out in the morning and that she wouldn't want to leave him again so soon.
"Okay, night." Dylan called back.
"We have to be quieter."
"It's you who's being noisy!" Max pointed out.
"Hardly my fault. I've missed you you know Max."
"I missed you too, I still love you you know."
"I know and I think I love you too."
"2015 is going to be the year of Zax." Max pointed out as Zoe moved her head from his chest to look up at him quizzically.
"Zax?" Zoe asked, repeating Max's phrase.
"Well celebrities combine their names when they're together, I thought why shouldn't we?"
"Zax?" Zoe asked, watching Max nod in response. "I like it."
"To the year of Zax."
"To the year of Zax." Zoe repeated, "Although we have a few weeks until then."
"Well how about 2015 and the last few weeks of 2014 as a proper couple?" Max asked not knowing if he was pushing it too far too soon.
"That's a plan I can get behind." Zoe sighed happily as she reached up and lazily kissed him.
