Crona carefully touched the old door. He felt every crack and crevice. He gripped the door handle and let the door swing open.
A rush of familiar smells flushed out. Dust covered the once spotless floors and some windows were broken. As Crona stepped in the floor creaked.
Crona's eyes drifted to a picture of him and his mother; Medusa. He tried to look away but could not.
It had Crona about five with a hard face and Medusa smiling. Oh, how he wanted to burn the picture.
All the anger rushed to his fist and he punched the wall. Why did she torture him so? Why, when he refused to kill a bunny, she locked him in a closet. He wanted answers but, now, he could never get them.
Ragnarok pooped out of his back. "Why the hell did you bring us back here for?" he asked.
Crona looked at his old bully/friend and said, "Because I have some business to be done.", then he turned and walked further in.
Then he stopped. In front of him was the closet.
Medusa had locked him in this more then he could remember. That room, the room where he had gone crazy and became a killer.
With his anger blazing through him, he turned Ragnarok in to a sword and swung at the walls. Slash marks covering the walls and the door broke off the hinges.
When he finally cooled down, he looked at the torn wallpaper and the broken door. Tears swelled up in his eyes and he began to cry. He crawled up in the corner and let relief wash over his body.
"Crona?" asked a sweet voice.
Startled Crona turned to see Medusa. "No I-I killed you!" he cried.
"What are you talking about? Crona it's me!"
Crona rubbed his red eyes and Medusa seemed to vanish and appeared a skinny girl, Maka.
"Maka! What are yo-...?" Crona shutting himself up while remember in to ask Maka to come with him just in case.
Maka walked silently to him, kneeled down, and hugged him. Tears silently ran down her face.
After what seemed like an hour, Maka was the first to get up. She brushed dust off her skirt and held out a hand.
"Come on let's get going. Everyone will get worried." She said with a smile.
Crona looked at the hand, blushed, and took the offer and they both left together, and for the first time Crona felt loved in that house.
