Blush

Disclaimer: Square-Enix owns them and I'm sure they'd be ashamed if they knew what I was doing to them. But at least all I get out of it is my own sick satisfaction.

He was not blushing. He was most certainly not blushing. He was quite decidedly. Not Blushing. Generals – The General – of the entirety of SOLDIER. Did. Not. Blush. Slay dragons. Yes. Leap tall buildings in a single bound. Certainly. Blush. No.

He gingerly placed the scrap of green lace clothing – if you could call such pithy and preposterously impractical undergarments that – back into the nest of tissue paper from whence it came. Without a second glance at the moogle wrapping paper still clinging to the box as if to provide some forlorn sense of propriety to its contents, he deposited the package into the top drawer of his desk, the note that had accompanied it merrily flapping in the breeze of movement.

I always did think green brought out your eyes.
