"Kids, Mommy and I are going to have to go away for a week or 2 with Lucius so we're not going to be home." said Mr Incredible as he held 2 suitcases in his hand
"Wait a minute…. You're going away without us?" Dash exclaimed as he looked at Elasti girl, Frozone and Mr Incredible as they walked out of the door
"Honey we're only going to be gone for a couple of days and plus Violet is staying with her friends at their house for a week, so you and Jack-Jack are going to have the entire house to yourselves." she said as she poked Dash on the cheek and ruffled his hair
"Awwww, No fair, I wanna fight bad guys! Besides what happens if there's a break in?" Dash's normally energetic and youthful voice suddenly filled with worry
"Don't worry Honey, Voyd offered to come over and stay with you for a little bit. She's awesome and she'll protect you easily!" said Frozone as he made a sword out of ice and gave it to Dash.
"Bye Honey, be polite to Voyd and don't use Jack Jack to take down planes." said Elastigirl as Dash went to the window to see the 3 iconic superheroes take off into the night.
Dash would not admit it but he did find Voyd to be really cool and no one but him knew but Dash had quite a huge crush on the 19 year old superheroine. He really liked her personality and power and he also thought she was quite hot.
The doorbell rang and Dash got up and opened the door quickly to find his 19 year old crush standing in the doorway.
She smiled a warm smile that made even the coldest heart warm up a bit. Voyd bent down and got to Dash's level before extending her hand out to him.
"Uhmm…. Hi…...My name is… Voyd but you can also call me Karen. We've seen each other before when I was….. Well under control from those goggles…..so yeah." She said before looking away in embarrassment.
"It's ok Miss Voyd, I forgive you for what you've done, you weren't in control of your actions so it's understandable I guess." Dash said flashing her a toothy smile which made Voyd happier
Voyd actually enjoyed Dash's company, he was really energetic and youthful which reminder her of herself back when she was 12. Dash was also really really cute though Voyd would never admit it due to not wanting her die hard superhero fan to know that she had a crush on her son.
Dash brought her in before speeding up to get Jack-Jack up from the room and bringing him down in front of Voyd.
"Voyd this is Jack-Jack our youngest family member." said Dash as Jack-Jack gurgled and giggled whilst playing with a teddy bear.
Voyd went over to pat Jack-Jack on the head to which Jack-Jack giggled and pointed at Voyd laughing as he poked her gently
"Jack-Jack has 17 powers that are developing and are really unpredictable" said Dash as he ran up to place Jack-Jack back in his room
"Which is why we have to keep in secure at all times." He said
Voyd simply chuckled as she looked into Dash's big blue eyes. She then looked at her watch and then looked up with an eyebrow raised.
"Wow…. its 11 o'clock already? I didn't realise time passed so quickly." She said before looking away in embarrassment as she asked
"So do you mind if I sleep on the couch? She asked as she immediately looked away.
"Nah…..!" Dash said before leading Voyd to one of the empty bedrooms .
"You can sleep in one of the rooms if you don't mind." he said grinning "It's next door to my room so if you need anything, just come and wake me up and I'll try come help you." He said before running upstairs to brush his teeth before coming back down 10 seconds later to have finished.
"Do you mind if I use the bathroom?" Voyd asked before forming a portal in which her clothes flew out of nowhere.
"Sure, help yourself!" Dash said before going to his room,"I'm going to go to sleep now, goodnight and don't bring any boys over or Mom will be upset!" He said before quickly falling asleep.
Voyd simply smiled and chuckled at the boy's comment before going to the bathroom to shower and change. She looked at herself in the mirror before sighing to herself. Growing up, people had always remarked and praised on how hot or beautiful she was. She did find herself to be quite attractive but due to her shyness, she never considered dating a boy.
Yet something about Dash made her braver, she wanted to talk to him more or be closer to him.
She came out of the bathroom wearing nothing but a sports bra and a pair of short shorts that revealed her tanned skin and long fit athletic legs.
A crack of thunder outside woke her up and her bedroom door opened slightly.
Fearing a break in, she immediately created a portal to the next room to check if Dash was ok. She gasped when there was no one in his bed before jumping back through the portal to her room to find Dash standing there nervously looking at the floor.
Voyd immediately softened and knelt down to look at him
"Dash is everything ok?" she said softly before looking down at him.
"Well….I'm kinda scared of…...of the thunder" he said looking down in embarrassment.
"Well….. You could sleep with me if you're scared." Voyd said as she looked away in embarrassment.
"Really? Would you mind?" Dash said as he looked up at her
"Not at all Dash" she said flashing him a warm smile
"Cool!" He said before leaping into her bed.
Voyd smiled and simply got into bed beside Dash before a crack of thunder boomed through the sky and Dash shuddered again
Voyd wrapped her soft arm around Dash and hugged him
"Don't be scared Dash, I'll protect you." she said.
Dash could not have been happier, his crush of 19 was now sleeping next to him with her arm wrapped around him!
Dash occasionally turned around to catch glimpses of her beautiful face sleeping. She looked so peaceful when she slept. He simply turned around and rubbed his cheek into her palm and fell asleep.
