Three in a bed
Maxie was cold , he had tried having Camerupt heat the room , but the lazy thing had got too tired , he had tried extra blankets but had felt squished , that was how he had ended up outside Kats bedroom door hoping that her and Blaise would let him sleep with them . He peered round the door . Kat was asleep under a huge pile of blankets and Blaise was hugging their Arcanines . As he stepped into the room one of the two Arcanines woke up stretching and shaking itself , Blaise got a faceful and woke up cursing , this in turn woke Kat up . she grumbled and sat up soon diving into Blaise's arms when she realised how cold it was .Maxie chuckled alerting the two of them to his presence .
Kat yawned , her long red hair flopping in her face '' What do you want dad ''.
I chuckled 'Guys split apart , i'm cold '' . Kat looked suprised and moved up before patting the bed '' Climb in before you freeze '' I climbed into the bed between them . Kat put her arms around me and drifted off to sleep .Blaise reluctantly did the same, linking hands with Kat . I smiled at my daughter and son-in-law , Lying down they snuggled closer drawing the duvet closer to us . I lay awake thinking how lucky they were having someone to truely love . Soon i drifted off to sleep unaware of Kat's Poochyena climbing under the covers.
The Next Morning
I awoke to a little tounge licking my face . I opened my eyes to Kats Poochyena licking my nose . I pushed it off onto Kat , she grumbled and swore tipping the Poochyena onto the floor . Blaise chuckled from my other side ''' Kat , you're dads here , don't even think of doing what you usually do to me to get me up , I'm up . Coffee guys ? '' Kat nodded with me and Blaise hopped out from the sheets cussing because of the cold . When he was gone Kat turned to me '' Dad i need to tell you something , i havent even told Blaise yet , i'm pregnant '' I stared at her open mouthed before wrapping her in a hug '' Thats great Kat , your dream of a family is finally starting '' . I cut my sentence short because Blaise came back in , she stood and whispered in his ear . Placing the coffee on the side he picked her up and spun her around . I smiled and sipped at my coffee those two will be great parents
