Hi to everyone! Let me know what you think of my story and whether I should keep it going. Thanks to Jennaya and ColHogan for betaing for me!

He sat alone in the back of the Hofbrau, watching the people come in and out. He was dressed as a civilian, to be as unobtrusive as possible. He nursed a beer as he waited for his contact to arrive. He checked his watch again. Ten more minutes, then I have to head back to camp.

The door opened again, revealing an attractive woman, her brunette hair shimmering in the bright lights of the Hofbrau. She glanced around, then her gaze settled on him. She smiled as she made her way to his table.

He stood, pulling a chair out for her as she took her coat off and placed it in an empty chair. She sat down, pulling herself up to the table. He settled back in his chair as she ordered a drink.

"Hello Rob," she said softly, after the waiter brought her a glass of wine. She eyed the man sitting next to her; after all, they hadn't seen each other for a few months. She loved his strikingly handsome face, they way he held her in his strong arms. She had missed him so much while she was gone. She had to go France for an assignment for a couple of months for her job. She had just got back the week before. She had wanted, no longed to see, him, but it was impossible with the Gestapo lurking all around the town. Then she had found something for the Underground to pass on the London. So she set up a rendezvous for Papa Bear to meet her tonight. She had hoped he would come. He didn't fail her.

"Hello Denise," he replied, just as softly. He had without a doubt missed her. She was one of the few beautiful Undergound agents that had caught his eye. He loved the way she walked, as if she could just glide into a dance step at any moment. He loved the way some of her hair would fall over one eye, the rest falling behind her back. When her job had sent her to France for 2 months, he knew he was going to count down the days to her return. He was glad when she had set up the meeting. He left camp, his heart full of anticipation and his step quick as he headed to town.

"I missed you so. I'm glad to be home, just so that I can see you," she said, intertwining her fingers with his. They sat for a few moments, letting the silence become comfortable between them as they sipped their drinks.

He leaned over and kissed her before saying, "I missed you too. I'm also glad you're home, if you know what I mean."

Her cheeks turned light pink as she let her eyes drop in embarrassment, "I do have some new information for you. The Germans have finished building a new ball bearing plant near Flensheim. They have disguised it as a crude oil plant. They have not been there for long."

"That's good information. Thank you for getting this for us. I'll make sure London gets this." He watched her for a moment, before tilting her chin up to look at him. "I've missed you angel. I counted down all the days until you got back. I couldn't wait to see you tonight."

She gazed into his chestnut brown eyes, getting lost in the warmth and depth they portrayed to her. She loved when he flashed his smile upon her. It made her weak in the knees thinking about him. She could feel the all too familiar urge starting to overwhelm her.

"My place or yours?" he asked softly, letting his lips brush against her ear as hand caressed her face. He felt her quiver slightly from his fingers lightly brushing her hair out of her face. Her breath began to come quicker. He leaned in and slowly kissed her, feeling her passion start to grow.

"My place," she said breathlessly, pulling away slightly. He nodded, kissing her again before standing. He helped her into her coat, the put his on. Hogan left a generous amount to pay for the drinks, then the couple left the Hofbrau together, passion ablaze.
