Dean had been singing to Sam since he was a baby, always the same song, always the same idea behind it, even when he had been to little to understand how he felt for his baby brother. It was close to midnight, and Sam couldn't see to stop crying.
" When I see your smile," Dean started, that night in the Impala, after Jess had died. Sammy looked up, eyes tearful and confused. " Tears run down my face," He continued. Sam seemed to relax as he moved closer to Dean, resting his head on the elder's shoulder. " I can't replace~" Dean smiled, resting his hand on Sam's knee. " And now that I'm strong I have figured out.."'Dean almost swerved when he felt Sam's lips on his neck.
" Sammy?" He asked, ashamed when his voice broke and the hand on his little brother's knee trembled.
" Shh..." Sammy whispered, lips kissing, teeth nipping, tongue licking. " Keep singing,"
" How this world turns cold," Dean trembled as Sam's hand slid across him and gently turned the wheel into the shoulder, turning off the car. " And it breaks through my soul." Sam was straddling his lip by this point, rutting against Dean with everything he had.
" Oh God... Sammy..." Dean'd chin fell back but he quickly continued the song. " And I know, I'll find, deep inside me, I can be the one."
The two brothers fell into an intimate embrace, the only sound in the car panted breathing and guttural moans, the song forgotten for the moment.
Flash forward two years and Dean had just a few hours before he became Hell's bitch. He lay in bed, crying, praying Sammy was asleep. A familiar weight settled behind him and Sam began to sing.
" I will never let you fall, I'll stand up with you forever." Sammy whispered, kissing his elder brother's ear. " Even if saving you send me to heaven." He gently turned his elder brother and wiped the tears, kissing him gently. " Cause you're my, you're my, my~" Sammy kissed Dean, a mess of tongue and teeth and love.
Dean smiled tearing and continued the song. " My true love, my whole heart, please don't throw that away, and please tell me you'll stay, woah stay." Sam held him tighter, giving him a good squeeze.
" Use me as you will," Dean panted as Sam mouthed his throat. " Pull my strings just for a thrill." He moaned when Sam ground their clothed erections together. " And I know I'll be okay."
" Though my skies are turning gray." It was Sam's turn now, as Dean rocked up against him, head thrown back in pleasure. " I will never let you fall, I'll stand up with you forever."
" I'll be there for you through it all." Sammy slowly wiped Dean's tears as the song spilled from the elder brother's lips. " Even if saving you sends me to heaven." Sam pressed his lips to Dean, the kiss warm and full of wet, salty tears. Maybe what they had wasn't perfect. But it was theirs.
