Odin the ruler of Asgard had 2 wives one was Frigga the mother of his 4 year old son Thor. The second was his expectant wife Silesia. There was some one who hate Silesia and her family he put a curse on them that the next son born would be a frost giant. Her sisters were worried they would be the one to birth a son. But her three sisters had daughters. Now expectant Silesia was worried she would bare a son. But even if it was a boy and be a frost giant she'd love him anyway. She was only 4 months pregnant. Frigga could tell the baby was healthy and strong.
The months passed. Silesia was now 9 months pregnant. She was going to have the baby soon. She was walking and felt a hard kick. "OH!" She said kneeling. Odin saw this.
"Frigga!" He called and he and his other wife ran to her.
"This little one can't decide whether he or she is ready. But really wants to come out." Silesia said.
Later that evening. Silesia had gone into labor. Thor saw his mother take Silesia into a room. "Daddy what's going on?" He asked his father.
"Don't worry." Odin told his son.
Silesia finally given birth to a son. All of the midwives and Frigga were shocked. The baby was a frost giant. Silesia cried about the curse. Frigga told her it wasn't her fault. Odin and Thor came in. Thor said he was cute. Odin used magic to turn the baby into an Asgardian but it won't last because the curse was too strong. The key to breaking the curse was that the child had to find acceptance.
From that day forward Thor was going to look out for Loki.
