Soifon's Shadow.
Chapter I
Soifon was walking around the seireite when a bright beam of light slammed into the ground a few hundred feet in front of her. She ran over to see what happened, once she arrived she notice a man crawling out of the crater left by the beam. She ran over to investigate the man at once, he crawled over the edge, his clothes torn and cuts all over his body, he looked up to see the woman standing over him. She partially drew her zanpakuto, he looked her in the eyes and rasped out two words "Please… help." Soon after he passed out and she grabbed him to take him to Unohana captain of squad 4. When she arrived, she approached Unohana and asked her to help the man and then lock him up to be questioned later.
3 days later… Squad 2 prison cells
/ im falling through the air… I can see buildings they look strange
/ this is strange… where am i?
/ Who is that… who am i?
/ She is beautiful… am I dead?
/ no I was… I fought so that they might live…
/ my name is… Shadow!
Shadow wakes up from his dream. "I'm alive but how? Why am I in bandages, did I injure myself in the battle?" "no… not in battle. You fell from the sky and into the seireite in front of me and crawled out of a ditch. Who are you?" Soifon asked, shadow jumped at the sound of her voice but he replied "my name its… uh… my… name?.. …I'm Shadow" "hmm. I figured you may not remember much… but I'm going to believe you. Today's your lucky day … I'm in a good mood" Soifon stands up and helps him to his feet. As she heads to the door he falls as he remembers more "wait… I remember a wraith on a horse made of pure darkness its eyes made of flame… who is he?... his name its… Ragnarok. He is evil… a sword through my chest… I'm… i-Im DIEING! What?" he passes out from the pain. Soifon looks worried she grabs him and lays him on the bed. She whispers "sleep well little shadow. Tomorrow you will need answers… and so will i."
The Next Morning…
Shadow awoke early in the morning he was alone in his cell. He looked around, the barred window showed the sunrise. Soifon walked through the barracks when a woman ran up to her "captain, the prisoner is awake"
Soifon arrived at the cell ten minutes later "on your feet prisoner" she barked as she entered shadow's cell. Shadow stood up straight away and said "good morning. I remember our conversation from yesterday, although… you never told me your name." she looked at him with an expression of shock "your considerably more confident than last time we spoke" he couldn't help but let out a small chuckle "you still didn't tell me your name." she replied "my name is Soifon, and I'm the captain of squad two… of the thirteen court guard squad's" "thirteen court what now?"
She glared at the man in front of her "how do you not kno…" her glare intensifies as he cuts her off "to be honest I don't even know where I am or how I got here. All I remember is fighting to save my friends and then I was falling." Her glare lessens to just a stare "then I guess your free to go…" she says almost hopelessly. He notices the tone and tries to reassure his new acquaintance "if I remember anything you will be the first to know soi…" she recognizes something the way he spoke. Remembers a memory of byakuya's younger brother that disappeared when they were all still young, her mind races and she convinces herself that it was impossible. It couldn't be… could it? She thought. "thank you for saving me soi fon" he said before he left.
