(After an emergency blow has sent the sub rocketing to the surface)

"Wow!", Kate exclaimed

He smirked and replied "Yeah. That's what they all tell me."

She looked him in the eye, and leant forward pressing her lips against his, as his arms wrapped around her pulling her close, and deepening the kiss.

They had been together now for a few months, a new relationship, had blossomed and they were so in love. They would stay at eachothers places, but mainly at Jethro's so that they could work on his boat together, he named this one 'Katie', he hoped that it wouldn't end up being named after another ex-wife, cause he hoped to sail this one, he hoped to sail it with Katie, and maybe by then a child of their own too. Although they hadnt been together long, they loved eachother so much that it seemed like they had been together for forever and always.

They kissed like their life depended upon it, and only broke apart once the need for air was necessary. They leaned their foreheads against eachother, and smiled.

"I love you Jethro"

"I love you too Katie"

"I have something to tell you"

"You know you can tell me anything right?"

"Yeah, of course I do"

"Then, what is it?"

"Im pregnant"

He smiled and kissed her again

"Thats great news Katie"

"I love you Jethro"

"I love you too, now I have something to tell you too"

"What is it?"

He pulled out a small red velvet box, and knelt on one knee.

"I was going to wait, but it seems like this is the best time. Katie, would you do the honour of becoming my wife?"

Kate squeeled happily, with a large smile spread across her face, "Yes!" She lept into his arms, kissing him lovingly as he slipped the ring on her finger
